ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

<div style="text-align: justify;">The Department of Human Development was established in 2017 with a focus on general courses under WBSU. It introduced Honours course under CBCS system in 2019 and NEP system in 2023. The primary aim of the department is to develop specialized human resources for careersin the field of Human Development, by fostering an understanding of human development across the lifespan.&nbsp;</div>
